The farmhouse sink is a fantastic addition and the gas stove top is ideal for those who love to cook. All other usual amenities available, including a large fridge-freezer and a built-in microwave.

The shared bathroom contains both a large walk-in shower and a bathtub.
Earlsfield station is a 10-15 minute walk away with trains every few minutes into Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo. Tooting Broadway station is a 10-15 minute walk away and provides access to the Northern Line.
Both stations can be reached in 5-10 minutes by bus, of which three routes serve and so buses are generally every 1/2 mins from Wimbledon Road and Burntwood Lane stops.
The current housemate works as a professional in Central London and generally works from the office 8am-6pm 5 days per week.
The lease on this house is until November 2026, with a break clause activatable by either Landlord or Tenants in November 2025. Minimum stay is therefore 1 year and 1 month if activating break clause.
