I am sadly leaving my room at the end of the month as l am in the process of moving back up north!

✨ABOUT THE ROOM ✨
It is a really good size room with a lot of space and light coming in throughout the day.
Everyone has their own bathroom so you won't have to share it with anyone! Yours is just across the corridor upstairs. There is also a toilet downstairs for guests.
The room comes with furniture apart from a bed which you would need to being yourself.
The video is from when I moved in, so the room has been updated with Ikea furniture!

✨ABOUT THE HOUSE✨
The house is massive, modern and has lots of storage!
There is a cute terrace at the back which is perfect for barbecues in the summer!
There is also a huge garage (so extra storage) and the house is on a very quiet and private residential road so parking off-street is free. There are also cameras which make it even safer.
Also parking spaces available.

✨ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES✨
Ed (28) and Hen (26) are two friendly and funny housemates of mine.
They are very respectful and considerate. We sometimes spend time together but they do also like spending time on our own/at gym/with friends/working.
If you want to view the house, you will have to meet both of them at the viewing, as we want to make sure you are all on the same page. 🙂

✨ABOUT YOURSELF✨
You must be a professional, ideally fun and up for a chat or a glass of wine (no stress if you don't drink lol).
We are looking for a friendly and respectful person.

Our tenancy agreement ends in April 2025 so you would be taking over my part.
We have respectively paid £1115 deposit which will have to be paid to me.
You will have to be able to provide payslips from the last 3 months and pass the standard agency checks.
