Room is furnished with double bed with built-in under bed storage, huge built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Other furniture pictured will be coming with me but loads of space for you to add additional furniture including plenty of room for a desk if working from home. Very bright and spacious with lots of natural light. Room is at the back of the house so nice and quiet.

Flat:
Flat has 3 bedrooms split over 2 floors. Sitting room/dining room and kitchen with one bedroom on the first floor. 2 bathrooms (one with bath/shower, toilet and sink, and another with toilet and sink) and 2 bedrooms on the top floor. Fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher.

Location:
Beautiful area, with lots of lovely coffee shops, brunch spots, restaurants, pubs and charity shops nearby.
- 2 min walk to Earlsfield train station. Train gets you into Waterloo in 13-15 mins, and trains come every 3-7 mins.
- 10 min bus ride to Tooting Broadway
- 10 min bus to Wandsworth town
- Less than 5 mins on the train to Clapham junction
- 77, 270 and 44 buses stop directly in front of the flat
- Wandsworth park 15/20 min walk
- Lidl and big Sainsbury’s short walk away

2 professional girls aged 22 and 24, one teacher and one working a 9-5 (3 days from office, 2 days home)

Important info:
Rent is £883 a month with bills coming in at around £70-80 a month (including water, council tax, electricity, gas, WiFi). New tenant must be able to take over the room by 8th November latest, in line with the current rental date, but as I will be moving out mid-October there is some flexibility to move in earlier.
