Deposit is £903.65 🏡 You’d be living with Ella and Sophie, they’re 26/7, Ella works in marketing and Sophie works in property.
Looking for someone a similar age 25+ and works a 9-5. No students or couples, sorry.
Looking for someone who would be up for staying for min 1 year+. They’re both social so would love someone who wants to be friends as well as flatmates, up for a pub trip, film night etc but still enjoy your own space💕
About the flat:
- Less than 10min walk to Earlsfield station and about 15 to Southfields (district line)
- 15 min walk to Southside shopping centre in Wandsworth
- Top floor
- Washing machine + dish washer
- Separate toilet/bathroom
- Shower + Bath
- Shared living room with big tv
- council tax band B
About the room:
- Fully furnished (minus mirror, tall white drawers + long white shoe stand in pics)
- Wardrobe
- Can store things under a bed
Just to note you can move in anytime from end of October, but the latest I can move out is 1st December! ❤️
