We are looking for a friendly like minded individual to share our home 💟 The room has great light as it gets the sun all day and comes fully furnished, bed, mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bed side table.

💸 Bills are £150 per month and include: council tax, gas, electric, water, cleaner once a month, internet, loo roll, washing detergent and washing up etc.

☀️Our flat is a spacious 3 bed flat which is split over 2 floors. Our bedroom and bathroom is on the top floor and your bedroom, bathroom, the kitchen, lounge and study is on the first floor. The kitchen is new and modern and we have a lovely living room with dining table & sofa etc with access to Netflix on the tv too. The garden is a south-facing and gets the sunlight throughout the day. ☀️Conveniently located halfway between Earlsfield station and Wandsworth Common (postcode: SW18 3EZ) the flat offers easy access to transportation:

• 15-minute walk to Earlsfield station
• 10-minute walk to Wandsworth common station
• 20-minute walk to Tooting underground station (northern line)

🏡Situated on a quiet residential street, our flat enjoys proximity to charming cafes, green spaces, and local pubs. Wandsworth Common is just a short walk away, while Tooting Market, with its plethora of great restaurants, is a 20-minute stroll. For outdoor enthusiasts, Richmond Park is a 20-minute cycle away.
