Double bedroom - Dec 1st

Hi!

We have a bedroom available in our 4 bed house.

Room is available from the 1st December and costs £800 a month.

Council tax, Wi-Fi, Water and Electric come in at £120 per a person per a month

It is a double room and comes with a huge built in wardrobe, two bedside tables and a double bed. It’s bigger than it looks on the advert.

We have 4 bedrooms in the house all together, with two bathrooms. We also have a shared living room, kitchen and private garden which you can access from the kitchen.

Current house mates are me, Ellie, I work from home 3 days a week - I have a desk in my bedroom that I use. I do sports 4 days a week. Ollie is a boxing coach and PT, he is in and out of the house throughout the day as expected, and works weekends.

We are both quite chilled but not really a party house, we get up early at the weekends for sports/ work. We like to play video games in our spare time too.

We're looking for working professional who is clean, and mindful of one another but also friendly.
