Double Bedroom In 4 Bed House

Hi!

We have two rooms available in our 4 bed house.

There are two separate adverts as the rooms have different move in dates.

This room is available from the 16th of November. This room is £800 a month. Council tax, Wi-Fi, Water and Electric come in at around £150 per a person per a month extra.

Both rooms are on the top floor and will share a bathroom with shower.

This is a Double room, comes with fitted wardrobe, two bedside chest and optional double bed which is currently in storage. Please note all furniture in the picture will be removed, as they belong to the current Tennant.

We have 4 bedrooms all together, with two bathrooms. We also have a shared living room, kitchen and private garden.

Current house mates are me, Ellie, I work from home 3 days a week for a charity, but I have a desk in my bedroom that I use. I do sports 5 days a week but I am home around 8pm most nights.

Ollie is a boxing coach and PT, he is in and out of the house throughout the day as expected, and works weekends.

We are both quite chilled but not really a party house, we get up early at the weekends for sports/ work so we are looking for housemates that also don't party until late. We sometimes game in the living room but only once a week really.

We're looking for working professionals who are clean, and mindful of one another but also friendly and can hold a conversation. Ideally, a male and female to keep the balance.

Looking to meet people after work middle of October, as our landlord will want to do financial checks on any new tenants.
