My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so I have one room available in our cute 2bed/2 bath Earlsfield flat.

About the room:
- double room
- part furnished (option to buy some more furniture from outgoing flatmate)

About the area:
- 2 minutes from Earlsfield station. Train service to Waterloo Station every few minutes. 🚊
- new M&S grocery store across the street as well as little tesco/Sainsburys. 15 minute walk to Southside shopping centre for big sains and waitrose 🛍️🛒
- plenty of parks and green space near by 🌳
- right next to The Wandle, a super fun neighborhood pub 🍻

About me:

I am 26 years old, moved to London last year from Canada. I’m currently working a corporate job in the city and am in the office ~3 days per week. I generally like to keep the flat very tidy, and am looking for a flatmate who would do the same. In my spare time I love to play tennis or meet friends at the pub.
