Double room in Earlsfield

I’m leaving the house to move to my own place. The room is available from the 10th of May. The room is £700pcm and deposit is £800.

The room comes unfurnished so you will need to have your own. There is a shared bathroom between you and 2 others and a big kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a garden out the back which has just had some new decking put in. And there is a weekly cleaner that comes every friday.

Bills come to £130 every month (electricity, gas, water, broadband, council tax and cleaner)

We are less than 10 min walking from Earlsfield station which you can get in Waterloo in less than 15 minutes. Bus stop at the corner of the house taking you to Wandsworth and Tooting just in a few minutes. We have a massive park in front of the house and loads of green areas around as well.

We are very easygoing and we get along really well, everyone has their own lives but we quite often spend time catching up in the kitchen.
