Hi all, I’m moving out of my Earlsfield house making my room available on the 1st of December.
Rent is £1100 per month and bills are another £100-150.

It is easy to get to Earlsfield station (6 min walk on google maps). Can get to Clapham Junction in 3 min from the station. You can access the northern line with a short cycle via tooting station.

The room is fursnished and comes with a bed and large wardrobe. A desk, chair and monitor are negotiable. There is an extra storage room in addition to the bedroom.

The house is an end of terrace property which includes a large kitchen, living room and generous garden space.

There are 3 other roommates, Verity, Suzanna and Alex and a four legged furry friend Fennel (lab collie). The roommates are young professionals.
