🏡 New flatmate wanted 🏡

Hi I’m moving out of my double room in a shared flat in Earlsfield and we are looking for a new flatmate 😊

The Flat:
The room is a double room in a fully furnished flat. It comes with all the furniture which includes a double bed, a triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a monitor. The flat is also fully finished with a lovely shared living room and a big outdoor area for London!

The room comes to £550 a month plus bills which come to roughly £120, they might go up slightly in winter. The deposit is £634. The room is available from November 9th!

Location:
We are 2 minute walk away from Tesco Express and 10 minute walk from a big Sainsbury’s and Southside Shopping Centre. We’re also 10-15 minute walk away from some lovely parks. Earlsfield station is about an 8 minute walk away and we’re close to bus stop that will take into Battersea. There’s also a lot of nice pubs and cafes nearby too!

Flatmates:
In the flat there’s Loz and Paige both from NZ. They like DNB and spending time to together in shared spaces and having a catch up. They also have their own friendship circles and are respectful of other peoples spaces

Our ideal housemate:
Is preferably a male between 27-33 who is clean and tidy, but is also social and is down to have a chat. We’re a house that likes to spend time in our shared spaces together rather than in our own rooms.
