Double Room Earlsfield Available

Hi!

We have a huge bedroom available in our 4 bed house.

Room is available from the 1st December and rent is £970 a month.

Council tax, Wi-Fi, Water and Electric come in at £120 per a person per a month on top of room rent.

It is a double room and comes with two bedside tables, a bed, a desk and a chest of draws. There is lots of storage.

We have 4 bedrooms in the house all together, with two bathrooms. We also have a shared living room, kitchen and private garden which you can access from the kitchen.

Current house mates are Ellie and Ollie. I am a boxing coach and PT and Ellie works for a charity.

We are both quite chilled but not really a party house, we get up early at the weekends for sports/ work. We like to play video games in our spare time too.

We're looking for working professional who is clean, and mindful of one another but also friendly.
