Small Double Room in Earlsfield, Wandsworth

We have a small double bedroom available in our 1st and 2nd floor period maisonette in Earlsfield, moments from the station and all the other great things Earlsfield has to offer! This 4 bed home has two bathrooms, a large separate kitchen and a large living room along with a private garden. On street parking is available via a permit from the council.

One of our flatmates is sadly leaving London meaning her room will be available on 18th January. You will be living with myself, Rachel and Oli and we are looking for another female professional to keep the 50:50 split. The minimum term is 5 months as the contract is due for renewal on 18th June '25 where you can then decide to either leave or stay on for another term which tends to be 12 months with a 6 month break clause.

The double bedroom is £680pcm - it's a small double room on the first floor and you will be sharing a bathroom with Rachel (the other female). The boys are both on the top floor with their own shared bathroom! The room comes furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers. There is also lots of built in storage under the bed, cupboards above the bed and 2 closet spaces outside the bedroom - plenty of room for clothes, shoes, suitcases, laundry baskets etc.

Bills average at around £100 a month each, which includes utilities, broadband and TV licence. Successful housemates will need to pass a reference check and be able to commence the tenancy on the 18th of January 2025.

We are a really fun bunch of housemates and occasionally have a Netflix night or a pub day (The Wandle, The Halfway House, The Earlsfield and The Leather Bottle around the corner) but we also respect each others space and have our own things going on.

It's important that we find a tidy and considerate housemate to fit in with what we already have, and also someone who is up for the occasional movie night, BBQ or chats whilst cooking dinner!
