We are looking for a housemate to move into our top floor room in our house.
The room has plenty of storage and we have recently renovated the bathroom next to the room (there are two more bathrooms in the house).
The house is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house.
Nice cozy living room with working fireplace.
Good sized private garden great for bbqs in the warmer weather.
Easy access to Earlsfield overground and Tooting Broadway tube.
We are an engaged couple (one Aussie and one Brit) We also have a kitten!
Jason works in property and is in the office every day. Lauren works in marketing and is in the office 3 or 4 days a week.
