I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment. For admin reasons you will be added onto my tenancy agreement with the landlord but you will be required to enter into a separate agreement with me.

My flat is fully furnished, equipped and decorated. You will be able to use and enjoy all of my furniture on the expectation that you will look after it and not make any alterations.

Looking for someone professional and reliable to take over the tenancy. Given the nature of the arrangement you will be required to make certain rent payments upfront and provide references.

The property is 15 minute walk from Earlsfield station. 5 minute walk from the bus stop and Tesco express. Wandsworth high street is a 10 minute walk. Lots of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. Top floor flat on a quiet estate. Elderly and friendly neighbours.
