3 bedroom house

Hello potential housemates, Charlie and Iulian are looking for a new housemate for this gorgeous home which is 6min walk from Earlsfield (Railway Station) and roughly 13min to Wimbledon Park (District Line). There are also amazing bus links to central London, Putney area or Tooting also. Our current housemate has decided to do the grown up thing and move in with his girlfriend, so the room is available from 14th December but happy to discuss a move in day any time from 1st December, if you need to move in sooner.  

THE HOUSE - a superb 3 bed semi detached located in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. There's a double lounge/dining room with a two seat and a four seat sofa, separate fully kitted kitchen, modern bathroom and a ridiculously large garden (bit of an unicorn on the housing market these days). There is heaps of storage available (under stairs, loft and a shed) so you don't have to live with a suitcase under your bed or the bike in your room. If needed you have on-street parking available, so you can get a permit from the Council and free at the weekend if you have visitors. It's worth mentioning that this would be perfect for someone looking for a home with amazing entertaining space - occasional dinner, BBQs and having friends over. The neighbours are a great bunch and there's a superb Saturday farmers market and park just around the corner.. The house is managed directly by the landlords, a lovely couple, who are quick to react, if needed.  

YOUR HOUSEMATES - Charlie and Iulian, both in their early 30s, have met through Spare room initially when we all moved into this house. They're both easy going and respectful of each other's space and like to maintain a clean house, so someone likeminded would be a great addition. Charlie is an engineer (works usual day hours) and Iulian works in hospitality (mostly afternoon/evenings).  

YOUR ROOM - Currently has a single bed in however, able to fit a double if needed. RENT is £800 and bills will be approx £120-150, depending on season.
