Hugo, Josh and Adam are each easy going guys, into sports and partial to an occasional drink in the pub. We’re all clean and tidy and have a cleaner that comes twice a month to keep the place spick and span. We’d love a similarly disposed housemate to join us!

The house has a large shared kitchen and living room with the usual amenities , three bathrooms, two with showers and a large garden.

The room itself is on the top floor of the house. It is spacious with it's own toilet w/ shower, good storage options and great for natural light.

The house is a 10 minute walk from Earlsfield station and a 15-20 minute walk to Tooting Broadway underground on the Northern Line.

We’ll semi-regularly pop to Tooting for a BYOB curry as a house and are regulars at the numerous great pubs on Garrett Lane.
