Beautiful home in fantastic location

Hello potential housemates,

Charlie and Iulian are looking for a new housemate for this gorgeous home which is a 6min stroll from Earlsfield (railway) station and roughly 13min to Wimbledon Park (District Line). There are also amazing bus links to central London, Putney and Tooting too. There's also a fantastic M&S food 5min away and plenty of cafes/restaurants, not to mention a selection of great pubs a stone-throw away.

Only moving out as I decided to do the grown-up thing and move in with my girlfriend, so the room is available from 14 December but can be available right away if someone needs to move in sooner.

THE HOUSE - a superb 3 bed semi detached located in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. There's a double lounge/dinner with a four seat and a two seat sofa, large dining table which easily sits 6, separate fully fitted kitchen and a ridiculously large garden. You will have heaps of storage available(under stairs, loft & shed) so you don't have to live with a suitcase under the bed or the bike in your bedroom. Should you need it, there's also on street parking (council permit) which is free at the weekend if you have visitors. The house is perfect for someone looking for a home with amazing entertainment space - occasional dinner, BBQs or just having friends over. The neighbours are also great and there's a superb farmers market on Saturdays and a park just around the corner..
The house is managed directly by the landlords, a lovely couple, who are quick to react if needed, although we've had no issues before.

YOUR HOUSEMATES - Charlie and Iulian had met through Spareroom when we all moved into the house, although me and Iulian had lived together for a further 3 years prior. They're both easygoing and respectful of each other's space and like to maintain a clean house so someone like-minded would be a great addition. Charlie works as an engineer and Iulian is in hospitality, which is great as the house is equally social but you also have time to enjoy it on your own.

YOUR ROOM - it is a large double (biggest in the house) to the front of the house, fitted with a double bed and two double wardrobes. Although I'm taking mine away, you can fit a bedside table either side and a desk too, which is fantastic if you need to work from home. The room also has blackout Roman blinds from John Lewis and additional sheer curtains, for plenty of privacy.
RENT is £975 and the bills are between £120-£150, depending on the season.

Currently, we're looking to arrange block viewings on Tuesday 26th Nov in the evening and Saturday 30th /Sunday 1st in the morning or unchtime. Should these timings not work for you just let us know and we can try and fit some ad-hoc viewings too.
