Short let - Fantastic whole flat in Earlsfield

I'm looking to sublet my entire 1 bed flat, from start 1st Jan to end March'25, while I go traveling.

I've lived here for 2.5 years, it's a great flat, lovely neighbourhood, and well located near the Earlsfield Rail station. Lots of great pubs in the area, and a nice park nearby.

It only takes 8 mins to walk to the Earlsfield Rail station, which has frequent trains passing through, making it really easy to get to Waterloo and Victoria in under 30mins.

Storage will be tight, as some of my own stuff will be stored there, but I can clear out the clothing, and space in the kitchen cupboards for you to store stuff.

The price at £1,650 is with most bills inc, water, broadband, council tax (band C).

Gas will be extra, and can be between £100 to max £300 - but personally i use only around £100 a month in winter.

Deposit of £1,650, and one month's rent upfront.

I can be a little flexible on the move in date, and negotiate the deposit amount if need be. Also, if you want me to fix the gas/electric I can do that too.

Sublet between 2 to 3 months.
