Double room in Earlsfield

Hi there!

I’m moving out of our lovely flat in January so we’re looking to find someone to take this double room in beautiful Earlsfield!

The room comes fully furnished including a double bed, large chest of drawers, clothes rack & work desk.

Current Flatmates:
Amelia (English, 35) and Anya (Australian, 34). They are both friendly, clean, tidy and considerate. Working full time, split between some days in the office and some at home. Amelia enjoys reading, writing, going for walks and spending time with her nieces and nephews. Anya loves travelling, hanging out with mates, enjoying the great outdoors, live music, or just a good old fashioned glass of wine whilst watching a soppy film.

What we’re looking for:
Someone who’s clean, considerate and professional. Up for a chat over a glass of wine or a cheeky Netflix binge but also respectful of each other’s space, and someone who does their fair share around the house with cleaning, etc. We’re looking for long-term tenants only.

The flat has a great location on a quiet residential street. Earlsfield train station is a 5min walk with regular trains to London Waterloo (3stops) via Clapham Junction. From the top of the street you can catch a 10min bus to Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) or 10min in the other direction to Wandsworths Southside shopping centre. There’s plenty of shops, bars and cafes nearby and also a number of parks within walking distance.

The landlord is very friendly and is always quick to respond to any repairs, etc.

Bills are not included but work out to be around £100/£120 each per month (we use Splitwise to work it out!).
