We have a spacious bright double bedroom available mid February in a cosy 3 bed flat. Our current flatmate is moving out after 10yrs and we are seeking a lovely friendly lady to move in.

The flat is situated in between the desirable location of Earlsfield and Wandsworth Common.
The high street in Earlsfield boasts a variety of independent shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants, contributing to a lively local atmosphere. Wandsworth Common is a leafy and affluent area with a relaxed vibe. The common itself is a sprawling park with woodlands, ponds, and recreational facilities, ideal for jogging, walking, and picnics.

There is also a tennis and sports club across the road.

Bedroom: spacious, cosy and gets the beautiful morning sunlight. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and dresser. The room is £700pm (with one month deposit). Bills are not included, Council Tax Band D (Wandsworth has one of the cheapest rates)

We are 2 friendly easy-going female professionals looking for a another lovely mature professional to join our home. Our flat is our peaceful sanctuary so would love someone who respects a clean organised quiet flat and personal space. We are no longer into partying but like socialising with good conversation over dinner, or having our annual Christmas evening drinking mulled wine by the tree. We also enjoy quiet nights in watching a good film or exploring the local cafes for delicious coffee.
