1 bed flat/studio in Earlsfield

Hello! My boyfriend and I are moving out of our lovely, spacious 1 bed flat in Earlsfield as he will be starting a new job elsewhere.

The flat is part furnished with furniture from the landlord (bed, bedside table) and we will be selling some of our furniture (wardrobe, kitchen island and chairs, desk and sofa) so if interested, let me know and we can discuss prices - it’ll also save you having to bring new furniture in yourself! ;)
There is also a little garden which is lovely in the warmer months!

The contract is ending at the end of March but can of course be extended. Deposit is 5 weeks rent.

We are likely to be moving out around the end of January, so if you are a little flexible this would be ideal as we are not sure of the exact date.

Rent is £1700 and bills are not included, but come to around £200 per month, depending on usage of course.
