Large double room 5 min walk to Earlsfield station

After almost two years of living in this lovely house in Earlsfield, I am moving out to live with friends in East London.

The room:
The room is huge and light and has plenty of storage. It comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers and a big double mirrored wardrobe.

The house:
The house has plenty of additional storage, a washing machine, dryer, dish washer and a lovely garden which gets the sun all day. It is located on a lovely, quiet residential street. There is also a spare room which is great for having guests stay over!

Earlsfield station is a 5 minute walk away, which takes 3 mins to get to Clapham Junction and 13 mins to Waterloo. There are plenty of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops on Garratt Lane to choose from.

Flatmates:
You’ll be living with Liv, 31, from Halifax who is an accountant and Mary, 29, from Newcastle who works as a teacher. They are looking for a professional who is friendly, clean and respectful. They both have their own lives going on outside of the house but happy to socialise. This isn’t a party house.

Rental details:
The room is available from 4th May.

The lease runs until 26th February 2026 but with opportunity to renew.

Rent is £833.33 per month and we put £120 into a joint account to cover monthly bills. This includes gas, electricity, water, council tax, WiFi and a fortnightly cleaner.

We will be hosting viewings between Sunday 6th to Wednesday 9th April.
