I am moving in with my girlfriend, so looking for someone to replace me in our 3-bed, 1st floor flat. It's a lovely flat in a great location, only a 10 minute walk to Earlsfield station.

One of my housemates is also moving out so there are two rooms available if you are looking to move with a friend. You will be sharing with one professional female (29). She does a mixture of working from home/in the office and is super friendly and respectful as a housemate.

The room comes with all furniture pictured and the flat comprises of a shared bathroom, shared living room, shared kitchen and access to a private garden.
