Relaxed, live in landlord looking to rent out one room to the right person. Would be nice to get on well and respect each others space when appropriate. I enjoy living in a nice home but am not precious about it. Would want a flatmate to enjoy living here as much as i do and treat it as home.

I work as an Insurance Broker , in office 4 days a week. quietish during the week , but plenty going on at the weekends.
