Due to a last-minute change, I’m sadly moving out of my lovely room in our Earlsfield flat and looking for someone to take my place.

The room is a bright, well-sized double with plenty of space for a desk. It has its own full sized private bathroom, offering plenty of comfort and privacy. It comes with a large wardrobe and a double bed frame (currently dismantled, so you’re welcome to bring your own or use this one).

You’ll be living with Ellie, my wonderful flatmate. She’s 22, a full-time hairdresser, and genuinely one of the kindest, most easygoing people I’ve met — she’s become a great friend. She splits her time between London and her hometown, so the flat naturally strikes a nice balance between social and solo time. It’s a relaxed, friendly space that feels like home, not just somewhere to crash.

Rent is £925/month (increasing to £950 from August). Bills currently bring the total to around £1,020/month.

Move-in date is flexible — the tenancy can officially start from 9th June, but the room is available from 9th May if you’d like to move in earlier.
