Spacious Double, with garden, sociable houseshare

Hi everyone

We have a room available in our 3 bedroom house in Southfields for £950pm, which has its own bathroom adjacent.

The house has a large eat-in kitchen, separate lounge, 2 bathrooms and a private garden with braai (bbq) and firepit. We also have a cleaner every second week.

There is plenty of storage throughout, a large double oven & stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, TV, etc. We have most streaming services (Netflix, Disney, Prime etc)

The property is well situated about 10 minutes walk from Earlsfield and Southfields stations, with a bus that runs through Wandsworth, Clapham and Battersea about 150m away. Additionally there is a Sainsburys around the corner and larger M&S and Tesco nearby, as well as Wimbledon Park down the road.

I'm leaving the house to move in with my boyfriend, but can honestly recommend living here wholeheartedly, it's probably the best houseshare I've lived in during the 5 years I've been in London. The other housemates are great, everyone respects each others space but are also keen for a braai, a dinner party or a games night. Looking to replace myself with someone who wants that same social vibe. Please feel free to message if you have any questions.

Ideal Move in date is some time in the week commencing 30th June but I can be flexible! Room is unfurnished but this could also be negotiated as I can leave some bits for you if needed.
