We have a double room available with available in our Victorian house in Southfields/ Earlsfield. We are looking for a friendly newbie to join the 190 House. It would be great to find the right person to fit in.

About the Room
The room is a bright double room with a big built-in wardrobe and a Garden view and wooden floors. The room comes with a double bed and mattress, and a set of drawers, and there is room for a desk.

About the House _______
The house is a great place to live with everything you need and lots of space. The landlord is great and wants to keep the property at a good standard for tenants. We do weekly cleans to make sure the house is always tidy and clean to make it homely 🙂

The property is located in between Southfields, Earlsfield & Wimbledon Park, all stations are 10 min walk away. You have access to all shops like M&S, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Co-op. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants like Gail’s, Nero and many more independent gems. There is also ‘The Gym’ close by.

Transport is ideal as Earlsfield station is well connected and has excellent transport links towards City, Clapham Junction & Wimbledon. Southfields is on the district line and gets you to places like Fulham and the city including Westminster and Victoria and many others.

About Us _______
As a house we’re pretty friendly and down-to-earth and enjoy a movie, game or wine & Cheese night! We are all pretty busy but find occasional times to catch up. Quick introduction to us, shannon (28) is a teacher who loves travelling. Warren (31), a climber and route setter, likes shopping and finding new things to do in London and Heidi (28) a teacher and loves to ski and try new things like tennis.
