The rent includes all bills as well as a weekly cleaner.

The flat has free parking if you have a car.

Southside shopping centre is nearby with lots of shops, movies and a large Gym.

The greens of Southfields and Putney are nearby and it is just 5 minutes on train to Wimbledon and Clapham Junction, 13 minutes into Waterloo!
