I am moving out of my lovely flat and looking for someone for the room below:

One room available in furnished 2 bed, 1 bathroom place with private live out landlord!

Price: £1000 before bills which should be around an extra £100. Deposit is 1 months rent and references are very relaxed

Move in date: Anytime after June 18th

Location: 2 minute walk to Earlsfield Station with a number of bus routes also 2 minutes walk away that take you straight into the city

Who we're after: We're looking for preferably a woman, someone who's quiet and clean and it would ideally suit someone who's a bit more introverted and looking for a nice relaxed place to call home. We're not party people and we also can't accept smokers, another couple or pets sorry!

About us: Krissie and Katherine are a married couple, both working in theatre from 5pm to midnight 6 nights a week. When we're not working we like to stay in and watch TV, go out and explore London or go travelling

As we work in the evenings, if you work during the day away from home it really will feel like you have the place to yourself. If you do work from home there's lots of room in the loungeroom to work, however you would need to sort out wifi or your own data, as we don’t currently have household wifi. And when we're all home together we'd love to chat and become friends!
