Double en-suite room available Earlsfield/Wimbledo

Hi! I’m a 35 y/o live-in landlord looking for a friendly, tidy, dog-loving female/ male to share my spacious 2-bed, 3-bath garden flat with me and my sweet 12 y/o cocker spaniel.

You’ll have the master bathroom+bedroom to yourself, plus shared access to a large living/dining area, modern kitchen, utility room(washer/dryer), cloakroom, and lovely garden (great for BBQs!). Room includes bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside tables, TV ( depending on preference, I can get rid of some furniture in the room) There’s also a shared office/ wardrobe space– I WFH Mon & Fri, but it’s free the rest of the week.

I’m sociable, clean, and hoping to live with someone who treats the place like home. Glass of wine, chill nights, but respectful of space too.

£1750/month incl. all bills, service charge & parking. £1600 without parking. Deposit is 1 month (negotiable).24 hour concierge in the building.
