THE HOUSE
This lovely house offers a separate living room complete with a SMART-enabled TV (fully equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). You'll also find a modern kitchen/dining room with two bathrooms. The communal balcony is also always at hand to enjoy, perfect for some relaxation away from the hustle and bustle!
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
You'll enjoy convenient access to Waterloo with a quick 10 minute train journey. Additionally, the ever so popular "Wandle" pub is also a 10 minute walk along with "The Earlsfield" pub which is always lively on a Friday and Saturday.
"Well Kneaded" boasts a fantastic pizza selection to enjoy and the "The Leather Bottle" is also very popular with it's spacious outdoor garden.
THE ROOM
This unfurnished double room comes with it's very own built in wardrobe consisting of an overhead shelf, and three mini shelves on the side with space for plenty of hangers so you'll never have to worry about storage.
THE HOUSEMATES
You'll be sharing this house with two friendly young professionals: both males.
- Jez (24): Rugby fan, enjoys tennis and padel as well as socialising
- Joe (26): Football fan, enjoys socialising and avid gym goer.
It's essential for everyone to get along, so you'll have the opportunity to meet your prospective housemates before making a final decision.
THE BILLS
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, bi-weekly cleaner, and also used for any communal necessities which include but are not limited to washing up liquid and washing machine pods. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent).
COUNCIL TAX BAND: C
