Quiet double room available in family house

We are a family - 2 kids (aged 14 and 17) and have a spare bedroom with a bathroom next door at the back of the house overlooking the garden.
We are looking for a lodger to occupy the room, happy to look at people who would like a property during the working week or 7days a week. The room has a TV with some streaming channels included, access to broadband and use of the family kitchen.
We are on a quiet road in Earlsfield, 7mins walk to the station or easy access by bus to the tube network at Tooting Broadway. Earlsfield has plenty of shops, coffee shops, restaurants and bars
