Cosy double in Earlsfield

We are looking for someone to rent our third bedroom in Wandsworth. The house has been renovated (2 years ago) , and your room will be partially furnished (bed, vanity/ desk, bedside table, chest of drawers & clothes rack).

We are two professional girls in our early 30s, we’re sociable, clean, and easy going. We hang out a lot and like pub nights, Pilates and eating out but equally respectful of our own time.

Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home as one of us does quite a bit, unless you’re happy to work from your room a bit more. There is a desk in there, and we can be flexible with working arrangements if needed.

Rent is £650 per month and bills come to around £150 per month.
