Double room in Earlsfield/Wandsworth

Hi all,

I'm moving out so my double room in the Earlsfield/Wandsworth area will be available in September.

The room: It's a double room with enough space for a desk if you WFH. The room comes fully furnished with a bed and a huge built-in wardrobe. I'll probably leave my desk and the chair too, so you're free to either keep those or replace with your own. The room is east-facing so gets really good light in the morning.

The flat: The flat is a 3-bed on the second floor, with a kitchen and living area. You'll be sharing with Jacobo and Brutus who are both lovely and chill guys.

The area: The flat is located in the Earlsfield/Wandsworth area which is a really peaceful and safe area with loads of green space around. King George's Park is only a couple of minutes from the flat. There's some nice cafes, bars and gyms around. Southside shopping centre is a 5 minute walk which has some clothes shops, plus a huge Sainsbury's, Lidl and Waitrose. In terms of transport, the flat is a 10 minute walk from Earlsfield station or a 15 minute walk from Wandsworth Town station, which can get you into Vauxhall in 8 minutes or to Waterloo in 12 minutes, so perfect if you work around these areas. Southfields tube station (District line) is also a 15 minute walk away.

Monthly rent is £765 and bills (council tax, energy, water, WiFi) come to about £100 per person. In terms of referencing, the agency requires that the new tenant is in full-time work. The contract begins on the 26th September but there may be some flexibility for an earlier move in date.
