Room available in our cosy flatshare from late September ✨

Our housemate is sadly moving out so we are looking for another gal to replace her in our cosy flatshare from around Monday 21st September.

There is flexibility with the dates and we are looking for someone to move in anytime before the end of September.

You'd be living with 3 girls aged between 26-30, who all work Monday-Friday in different fields (photography, occupational therapy, & software sales). We often do things together (the usual: dinners, pottery painting, charity shops and general exploring) but also respect life beyond the flat and downtime!

Tenancy length: 12 mths, ending July 2026

The flat:
The flat is a fully furnished 4 bed and 2 bathroom (shower), council tax band B. It's situated on the ground floor and we're very lucky to have a patio/garden (total sun-trap, plus we have a BBQ!) and a separate living room. Other selling points: we have a dishwasher and washer-dryer, both handy when it comes to cleaning. Off-street parking is available (with a permit from the council).

The room:
Small sized double room: bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers are included. Due to the size of the room, it would suit someone who is predominantly in the office (although there's space to add a small desk if you'd like).

Transport:
In terms of transport links, we're well-connected:
5 min walk Earlsfield Station (15 mins from Waterloo)
10 min bus to Tooting Broadway (Northern Line)
20 min walk to Southfields (District Line)

The area:
Super nice, safe, full of cute shops & nice spots to eat and drink. Close to Wandsworth, Wimbledon, Tooting & Clapham.
