A light-filled double bedroom is becoming available in our beautiful, spacious flat, located on the upper floor of a lovely terraced house in Earlsfield. Nestled on a quiet, friendly street, it's just a 10–15 minute walk to Earlsfield Station, with Clapham Junction reachable in around 30 minutes on foot—or quicker via the handy bus from the end of the road.
The area is full of character, with cosy cafés, welcoming pubs, scenic walks, and plenty to explore right on your doorstep.

🏡 About the Flat & Housemates
You’ll be sharing with two lovely girls, aged 25 and 29, one of which will also be moving in in October. They're looking for someone sociable who enjoys the occasional shared meal, a trip to the pub, or a wander around South West London together—but also values their own space and independence.
We keep the house clean, tidy, and homely, and we’d love someone who takes pride in their living space too. The vibe here is relaxed and friendly—think dinner with friends, not wild parties.

💡 Bills & Rent
Rent pcm is £965 and excludes bills, which currently come to around £80 per month. This may increase slightly during the colder winter months, depending on energy usage.

👩 Who We’re Looking For
Ideally, we’d love another female in her twenties to join our little household. Someone who’s warm, respectful, and keen to be part of a welcoming, easy-going home.

We have direct contact with our fantastic landlord, who’s super responsive and always quick to help with anything house-related.
