Double room in a garden flat in Earlsfield

I’m looking for someone to live with me (and my 5 month old kitten Buzz) in my two bed garden flat in Earlsfield.

The rent is £1100 a month excl bills, it’s a double room with a fitted wardrobe. The flat is just over a 10 minute walk to Earlsfield station and the same distance to Wandsworth Common station. It’s 5 mins to Wandsworth Common and a stretch of really cute restaurants and pubs. I’m looking for someone from roughly the start of December.

I’m 27, social, clean and pretty chill. I like going to the pub, out for dinner, watching a (likely trashy) series, doing exercise classes together, all the usual thingss. Would love to be friends with whoever moves in!

Buzz is full of personality and very affectionate. He’s a very polite young gentleman. He’s an outdoor cat so has no indoor litter tray, and he’s also Siberian which means he’s hypoallergenic and doesn’t malt (so no clothes covered in cat hair!). I would love someone who likes cats and if I was out and they were in would be happy to feed him and give him some love. Buzz pics attached!
