Hello! I am currently looking to fill a double room in a 2 bedroom apartment, as my current flatmates (a couple) are moving out of London. The tenancy agreement ends in July 2026, with the opportunity to renew.

About the space: Ideal for a couple, the room comes with a private ensuite, built-in wardrobe, and plenty of light with floor to ceiling windows. It comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, 2 x bedside tables and lamps. The apartment has a spacious kitchen and living room with a large balcony getting all-day sun, and is located in a safe gated community with communal gardens and a 24 hour concierge (Council Tax Band D).

About the area: The apartment is opposite a big LIDL, Starbucks, Greggs, and Hobby Craft. It’s a 12 minute walk to Earlsfield Station, 6 minute bus to Tooting Broadway (Northern Line), 20 minute walk to Wimbledon Park (District Line).

About me: I'm Jamie, 28, and originally from New Zealand, but I've been happily living in London for the past seven years. I'm currently working in app design and UX for the LTA (Lawn and Tennis Association) over in Putney, and I'm excited to be starting my Masters in Psychology later this year.

When it comes to my interests, I'm a big fan of all sports, and I also love cooking, cycling, and, of course, good coffee - we even have our own coffee machine in the flat. I really enjoy heading out for a social pint or a meal, but I also value my own space and am often out and about catching up with friends and traveling the UK/Europe.
