We are looking for another girl to takeover one bedroom in our 3 bed flat in Earlsfield as I am sadly moving out. Viewings will be happening after work hours next week and possibly on the weekend too!

📍5 minute walk to Earlsfield station and high street which has lots of cafes and shops

🚊3 min train to Clapham Junction and 12min train to Waterloo. We are also 15min walk to Wimbledon/Southfields stations which has the district line.

💰 £870 pcm excluding bills (roughly £100).
£1096 deposit for the room.

🗓️ Move in from 1st of November. Tenancy until September 2026 (with option to renew).

🛏️ Bedroom is spacious and comes furnished with bed, chest of drawers and 2 built in wardrobes with lots of storage. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 other female flatmate.

🏠 House is located on a really nice street with a big M&S, pubs at the end of the road and an easy walk to Wimbledon Park. The flat has 3 double bedrooms, kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine and an outside courtyard.

👥 Flatmates are: Maggie (25) and Izzy (25) who both work full time.

Must be employed full-time for referencing purposes.
