A beautiful, spacious house in Earlsfield which is on its own quiet street and only a minutes walk from the closest off-licence and a four minute walk from little Tesco. It’s extremely well connected with 3 bus lines (44, 77, 270) that all go straight to Tooting Broadway station (Northern Line) or a 10 minute walk to the Earlsfield overground which stops at Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo. There’s a bunch of cafes nearby to try, pubs, two pharmacies and plenty of take-out options within a short walk.

The house itself has x4 bedrooms, a closed lounge room, a dining room and kitchen which opens out to the back patio and garden. There’s also a basement which is great for storage.

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. On the second floor is the fourth largest bedroom with a large en-suite (suitable also for a couple).

We’ve all loved living here in the house and area but as we’ve decided to move back home are now looking for others that will enjoy it just as much as we have! We are flexible with the move-in date.
