Hi! I am sadly leaving this lovely flat after 4 years. My housemates are looking for another gal to replace me from 2nd November.

You'd be living with 3 girls in their mid-twenties, working full-time in different fields (photography, occupational therapy, & retail). We like to do things together when we can but also respect life beyond the flat and downtime!

The flat:
The flat is a fully furnished 4 bed and 2 bathroom (shower), council tax band B. It's situated on the ground floor and we're very lucky to have a patio/garden (total sun-trap, plus we have a BBQ!) and a separate living room. Other selling points: we have a dishwasher and washer-dryer, both handy when it comes to cleaning. Off-street parking is available (with a permit from the council).

The room:
Small sized double room: bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers are included. Due to the size of the room, it would suit someone who is predominantly in the office (although there's space to add a small desk if you'd like).

Transport:
In terms of transport links, we're well-connected:
5 min walk Earlsfield Station (15 mins from Waterloo)
10 min bus to Tooting Broadway (Northern Line)
20 min walk to Southfields (District Line)

The area:
Super nice, safe, full of cute shops & nice spots to eat and drink. Close to Wandsworth, Wimbledon, Tooting & Clapham.
