Hi, we are looking for a new, friendly flatmate, male or female, to share a bright, spacious flat with 3 others in Earlsfield (2 male, 1 female).
The flat is in a great location close to the shops, bars and restaurants of Earlsfield as well as being just 10-minute walk from Earlsfield station (with very regular trains straight to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo) or a short bus ride/20 min walk to Tooting Broadway tube station.
The fully furnished flat is set over two floors (first and second floors) and comprises of 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and a small double), a spacious living room, a very good-sized kitchen/breakfast room, a downstairs toilet with sink and an upstairs bathroom.
The small double (9'4 x 8'4 / 2.84m x 2.54m) being offered is nice and light. It is fully furnished with a recently bought double bed, wardrobe, shelving and a chest of drawers. There is also a shared storage cupboard under the stairs, so there is ample space.

The deposit is 5 weeks rent (£691). We have a great (live-out) landlord who is available whenever we need him. The rental agreement is through until 30 April 2026 when it will be up for renewal and will roll over with rent rises capped at inflation (no big rises possible).
