I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely room in a gorgeous shared house in Earlsfield. The house is just off the high street on a quiet residential road, 1 minute’s walk from the Leather Bottle pub and around 10 minutes’ walk to Earlsfield station.

House split over three floors, Large double bedroom, sharing bathroom with one flatmate and separate office you can work from home in. Large living room with a separate kitchen and dining area, garden.

You’ll be living with a very fun, friendly and relaxed group of South African flatmates, who are all friends and genuinely welcoming and easy to live with – it’s a social but chilled house, not a party house.

The house itself is spacious, stylish and kept in great condition, with a regular cleaner so it’s always clean and tidy. Shared areas are well looked after and it really feels like a home rather than just a rental.

Earlsfield is an amazing area to live in – you’re moments from the high street with its great cafes, restaurants, gyms and supermarkets, but because the house is on a side road it stays peaceful. Earlsfield station is about 10 minutes away on foot, with fast trains into central London, and there are plenty of buses nearby too.
