Double room in Earlsfield

We’re looking for a new housemate for our gorgeous, fully furnished 3 bedroom house in Wandsworth/Earlsfield with a large downstairs space should you need to wfh. Move in is 20th December and bills are £700 (+£100ish bills)

You’ll be living with Jen (Irish teacher) and Sophie (Aussie who is in the office 3 days a week and wfh on 2). We are tidy, sociable, respectful, easygoing aged 31 and 32. We like to keep things pretty chilled during the week and enjoy socialising, beer gardens, gym, walks, brunches and exploring new places at the weekends.

The room comes partially furnished (bed and a wardrobe and a bedside table for purchase if you’d like it) and the house is located in a safe and really quiet residential area. It’s 10 minutes walk from Earlsfield Station and Southside shopping centre and lots of great pubs, parks, restaurants and gyms. You can also get to Tooting Broadway by bus for the tube.

We've got a private garden for bbqs in the summer, a bathroom and a separate downstairs toilet, and a large lounge. Free weekend parking is available right outside the house.
