Double room + own bathroom available in Earlsfield

I’m sadly moving out of our beautiful house in Earlsfield soon so am looking for someone to take my room. You’d be living with 3 lovely housemates all girls aged 24-28 who work in fashion, logistics and law. They’re all really easy to get on with and enjoy a glass of wine and a chat but also respect each other’s space.

- Rent is £1025/month plus bills (around £100/month)
- Move in date likely within the next month or so (I will know more soon)
- Room is on the first floor with a window that looks onto the garden and has access to the flat roof over the kitchen
- Own bathroom with rain shower and large bath
- Garden
- Right next to the 77 bus route (Tooting one direction, Clapham the other) and only a 10 minute walk from Earlsfield train station with trains to Waterloo in 17min
- Lots of on-street parking (permits only needed 1 hour/day Mon-Fri and are cheap to get)
- Very close to Wandsworth common
- The house is semi-detached and we have lovely neighbours next door
- Tenancy is fixed until June but after the renters reform they’ll all be rolling contracts after that anyway
- Unfurnished but I’m happy to give away my wardrobe and bed frame (king) if you want them as I don’t think either would survive a move!
- Pets may be possible
- Sunday 23rd, Monday 24th and Wednesday 26th November I can be around for viewings or can look into December
