Gorgeous Home in Earlsfield

We are looking for a friendly professional female housemate to join a houseshare in Earlsfield that really feels like a home.

Our housemate Maddi is leaving to live in West Sussex and go travelling.

The available room is a large, spacious and light double bedroom on the second floor, with large amounts of wardrobe space in big inbuilt wardrobes, space for a desk and shelves.

You will share a big light-filled bathroom with a rainfall shower and free standing bath with Rose. The house has a terrace/ garden with a table and chairs with a small lawn and pretty plants. There is a separate living room at the front of the house with a TV, desk, coffee table and sofa. There is another spare room downstairs which is used for storing coats, shoes and a workout space.

Rose 31 Is a lawyer and works in the office five days a week
Hetty 30Works in the drinks industry and works partly from home
Laura 29 is a speech and language therapist who also works a mix of at home and at work.

We like to keep the house clean and tidy and liveable without being too strict about it. We are social and occasionally will host friends and dinners, so ideal candidate will be happy to join in, but we are also independent and respectful of being a houseshare.

We are less than ten mins walk from Earlsfield station, where you can get to Waterloo in 12 mins, which is ideal for commuting into the city. Clapham junction is 3 mins on the same train, so the house is ideally located for Gatwick and trains going to Brighton etc. Vauxhall is also on the line for quick access to the tube, and Southfields is 20 mins walk away for the district line.

Wandsworth common is 10 mins walk away and lovely to walk around.

Earlsfield itself has a lot going on such as café, restaurants, pubs and Southside Shopping centre is a 10 min walk with lots of shops and large supermarkets.

The landlord has owned the property for a while and is relaxed and helpful about maintenance.
