Large room in a friendly houseshare

As I´m moving with my partner, this lovely space is going to become free in January.
Furnitured room (desk not included) in a friendly flatshare.
The flat has separate toilet and bathroom, kitchen and a living room.
It is in the second flat without a lift, however there is a spare storage room that comes with the flat.

Bills, council tax, wifi and cleaner every couple of weeks included.

Near Earlsfield station (6min walking) and walking distance to Soutfields underground station (15min walking). Tooting is a bus distance away (15min)

About the housemates: they are 3 professional girls, so we would be looking for another professional to replace me (we don't take trade/blue collar workers or students unless masters and employed - these are landlord requirements). They all work in different areas, having different schedules through the day and respecting each others space but always available for a wine at home or social activities out of the flat.
