Small room with small double bed available starting from 5th January in Earlsfield!


About the flat/room:

The room is a small double room that comes furnished with a chest of drawers and a small double bed (3/4 size).

The flat itself is lovely and cosy. I like to keep it tidy and make it a homely space. There’s an open plan sitting room/dining area with a separate kitchen and one bathroom.

Current flatmate (Emma):

I’m a 26 year old primary school teacher who loves netball, music, running, gym, a good TV series, seeing friends etc. Routine wise I go in to work every day and would normally do some sort of exercise in the evening before coming home to relax.

I’d love to be genuinely friends with my new housemate! I’m positive and upbeat and would like to live with someone with a similar energy. I’d be keen for the odd pub trip together with friends, runs etc and watching series/chatting in the evenings after work. Equally I do value my own space and have friends and family locally.

As the flat is small and there isn’t space for a desk, no or minimal working from home would be ideal.

Bills aren’t included but normally come to around £110 ish per month.
