Extra laundry room upstairs with tumble dryer and space to hang your clothes.

We also have a cleaner that comes once a week to clean the communal areas (included in the rent)

💷 Rent is £900 a month with all bills included.

Room will be available from the 27th of December! Slightly flexible on this.

Location - just a 3 minute walk from Earlsfield station which gets you to Waterloo in 12 mins!
You can also grab a 10 min bus down to Tooting and get the northern line from there. Southfields district line is also about a 15 min walk away.

There’s a Sainsbury’s, Tesco and M&S all very close and there’s a big Lidl about a 15 min walk away. There’s also southside shopping centre just up the road.

All the flatmates are really lovely and respectful! Down for a chat but equally appreciate doing their own thing! I have lived here for 2 years but leaving to move in with a friend! I have really enjoyed my time here 💕
