Two rooms in a lovely house in Earlsfield :)

We are looking for two housemates to join two existing housemates in a beautiful house in South West London.

The existing housemates are both working professionals - Kat (32, female) works for a wildlife charity and Ciara (35, female) is a senior nurse. Kat and Ciara are both lovely housemates - they’re super clean, friendly, and respectful of space. Joey and I are the two guys moving out - we’re only moving because I’ve bought my first house and we’re going to live together in it!

The house is well located on Swaffield Road, around a 10 minute walk to Earlsfield station, we also have bus stops at the end of street which can take you there in a few minutes. Southside shopping centre is a short walk away.

The house comprises of four bedrooms, a large kitchen diner, a garden, a large living room, a family bathroom and a downstairs toilet. There’s also an en suite in Ciara’s room.

We’re open to considering anyone of similar age and there is no preference on gender but the person joining the house would have to be a ally as both the girls date girls :)

The smaller room is 850 a month, and the big room is 1050 a month, excluding bills which typically average around 100 a month. The deposit for both rooms is 1140.

We have a WhatsApp group directly with the landlord and he’s very responsive and respectful.

The tenancy officially ends in July 2027 so you would sign until then but we can swap housemates easily onto the tenancy with a bit of notice.
